No.  First the petition is presented to the Lodge for acceptance at a regular meeting; if accepted,  it is then filed until the next regular meeting.

How much are the yearly dues?

The yearly dues in Arcadia Lodge are $113.50. The Lodge also has a Lifetime Membership Plan whereby you can pay the designated amount once and you will no longer have to pay yearly dues.
