Master’s Message for November 2016

IMG_0337 (2)Here we are, November, just two months left in this Masonic Year. November is a month to give thanks. I know that I have a lot to be thankful for:

I am a member of a terrific Lodge (need more participation)
I have had the pleasure of serving with a great line of officers
I cannot thank them enough for all the support they have given me.
I have had experienced very successful events
One of the best Public School Luncheons
A very good Valentine’s dinner dance
A very crowded and fun Super Bowl party
and may other fun events throughout the year and the Presidential election is almost over. (Can’t wait)

This November let’s go out and make a random act of kindness, toward someone who is less fortunate than us. It can be as little as smiling at a stranger and saying hello or feeding the poor. There are a lot of hungry children in our valley. If we do something kind, cheerful or helpful, we can start to eliminate the violence that is so prevalent in our society today. We can make a difference one person at a time.

We are also presenting a 50 year pin to Brother John Shaw This month, Please attend our stated meeting and show our appreciation for his 50 years as a mason.

Fraternally, Sandy Sanchez, Worshipful Master
